przy pracy, to taki „pracodawca” umywa ręce. Nie bójmy się wówczas skierować sprawy
do PIP czy sądu pracy. Nawet zatrudniający na czarno mogą zostać pociągnięci do
odpowiedzialności i zobowiązani do zapłacenia zaległych składek za pracownika,
co do którego udawali, że go nie ma.

Nie znam się wielce naprawie, nadal uczę się, a dorabiam w weekendy. Od kilku lat mieszkam za granicą i zauważyłam, że w Polsce ludzie z większą obawą podchodzą do swojego szefa. Tu gdzie mieszkam nie ma tak zwanych "tematów tabu" między pracownikiem, a szefem. O pieniądzach rozmawia się normalnie, często w formie żartów, jeśli coś nie spodoba się pracownikowi w szefie, potrafi on powiedzieć to mu w twarz i nie grozi mu za to wylanie. Zaczynając od takich rzeczy jak złe zachowanie, a kończąc na zgryźliwym komentarzu, że nie zmieści się do windy i ma jechać drugą, gdyż jest za gruby (tego byłam świadkiem) 🙂

Zdrowe, normalne zachowanie. Znam zakłady, gdzie do szefa podchodzi się niemalże z lękiem. To bardzo niedobre, bo taki pracownik nie będzie dobrym pracownikiem, a i praca w ciągłym strachu nie jest efektywna.
